Moving Experts

Horrible company, if that's what you want to call them! Read the other reviews and don't use them! I had a similar experience as the others. Heather had me scheduled with a one hour window and I had everything ready to go. Nobody showed up after the hour window and nobody called! Unbelievable! I called and texted them twice with no response. An hour and a half later I received a response saying 'I'll let you know more when I know more'...that's it...really? Another text later telling me their truck broke down and heard nothing else...nothing about what they were going to do about my move. Worthless movers!.....don't use or you will be sorry! Trust me on this one and read the other reviews. REDICULOUS!

DONT use this company!! I was scheduled to be moved today and Heather sent me the text and everything that movers would be at my house between 10 and 12. So today comes and at 11 am a guy calls and says sorry my truck broke down and I cant get another. I said panicking you have got to effing be kidding me, you cant make it today?? He said I called to tell you I wasn't coming to be nice not to hear cuss words. I said well I expected you all to be here within an hour not call and tell me you aren't coming an hr before you are supposed to be here. He says well bad things happen in life. Uh what?!?! That's what you have to say when I have to be moved out by today and you are cancelling me last minute. I tried to call Heather back and no one answered Google says they are closed. I've never been so disappointed in a company in my life. I made sure to ask that this wouldn't be something I have to worry about and Heather said absolutely not my husband and I have owned this company for a long time and my husband supervises every move. Well I will tell everyone I know not to use this company bc now I'm stuck paying way more than I should have to get a last minute move done, and all I got was being told bad things happen in life. What a joke of a company!!

Highly recommended! I was supposed to move on a Friday and the shady movers I hired never showed up! I was by myself & completely panicked! I jumped on Craigslist and saw Moving Experts. Heather answered the phone and was very compassionate and professional and booked me for that Sunday, very short notice. They were on time, jumped right into the job, worked very fast, packed well, courteous and polite, careful with my belongings, nothing broken or scratched. Heather answered the phone *every single time* I called that weekend to check in or touch base. They did an excellent job, hire with confidence!

Called about a week in advance to set up the movers. I was given a time frame for their arrival between 9-10 am because they had a small move to do before. This did worry me because I assumed they would be late (I understand it's not always their fault but I hate when people overbook). Anyway, they actually called about 815 and said they would be there in about 30 minutes and sure enough they were. We had large and expensive items and they took care of everything and did everything in a timely manner. They had everything needed to move that you could think of. Made this about as painless as possible. Thanks!
