Moving Experts

These people are horrible. They damaged our furniture and will not take any responsibilty to compensate us for it. They stated that they were licensed and insured. Do not trust them

Not going to waste much of my precious time on this review, but I needed to put my experience out there. Set up moving for my grandparents 2 months in advance. Confirmed several times, even the day before. Got a text an hour before they were to arrive saying they would be an hour and a half late. Of course we had a schedule for the day, so when I said that was a little discouraging, the guy called me and told me that if that's how it was going to be, I needed to find someone else. I told him we don't want to find someone else in an hour and he said he wasn't going to help us if we were going to be mad about it and hung up on me. I tried calling back and was sent straight to voicemail. Obviously had to find someone else in a pinch, which we did and they were great and got a huge tip for being so helpful. Now that I see other reviews where they quit ppl last minute, I would definitely discourage anyone from using these people, as this could very easily happen to you!

The first moving crew I had scheduled pulled a no-call, no-text, no-show, leaving me up a creek without a paddle. I called moving experts, who agreed to come out first thing the next morning with 2 guys to unload the 2 x 16' moving pods that were floor-to-ceiling all the way to the doors

In just over 3 hours these guys were able to completely empty my moving containers. Nothing was damaged or broken going up or down the stairs, not even my 120 Gal fish tank.

Hopefully I'll never have to pack my house up and move again, but when I do I'll be calling these guys for the packing, moving, and unloading.
