Moving Forward Moving & Delivery

Jamie responded quickly and helped us with a large piece of furniture that needed to be moved several levels. Everything was smooth and we really appreciated the willingness to take care of a small job for a neighbor.

Jamie is the owner and initially seemed ok. They a day and a half to remove my stuff from the house and went over time by 5 hours. Liuckily the home buyers were ok with us wrapping up after closing. Delivery to new location, Jamie left many items bnehind and made it sound like it was not much. I had to help with unloading because he brought no help with him except his mother and very young nephew who were constantly calling while we unloading. The whole experience was one of the worst of my adult life and I spent over 2 weeks being lied to over and over again while I tried to get the rest of my stuff. I strongly urge that if you still choose to use his services, then make sure not to pay him until the job is 100% completed and don't rely on his word for anything. Get it all in writting. There is a reason he can't keep employees... he just tells people what he thinks they want to hear over and over again. He's just a kid pretending to run a business but he seems to me now as more of a con man. I'm just happy I never have to deal wiht him again.

Response from owner is more BS from Jamie prentending to be someone else. This is the same language he used in some of our texts. It would be commical if it wasn't so sad.
