I couldn’t be more disappointed and frustrated with this moving company. Not only were they rude and difficult to work with, they completely abandoned us on moving day. After having ample photos and information on the items they would be moving, they decided it was too much work. We even offered them multiple days to complete the work (when we had previously agreed they would complete the job in one day), and they still got into their trucks and left, claiming it was their choice to leave even when we had paid them and they had given us their word.

This company not only wasted our time and money, but caused immense stress during our move. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone, unless you want to be disappointed, stressed, and offended.

As others have already aluded to in their reviews, this company CANNOT be trusted. The crew arrived at the scheduled time, looked at the work in front of them, turned around, and drove away. Communication beforehand was positive and they were sent photos of the condition of the home to be emptied and the quantity of items to be moved. They chose to leave us high and dry because they didn't feel like working that day. This company has zero professionalism and takes no pride in their work. Customers beware.

I have used this service twice now. Fonz and the guys did a great job. They showed up on time, were careful moving my stuff, very professional. Would highly recommend them.

We enlisted Moving Forward recently for a move from Emmetsburg, IA to Omaha, NE. We were more than impressed with their professionalism, timeliness and work ethic throughout the entire process. Pleasant, hard working and reasonably priced! Definitely would recommend.
