Moving Help Can

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I do not normally post reviews but I had to in this case. They showed up on time, but that is the only credit I will give them. They did not show up with the correct individuals to move my heavy furniture causing damage. In addition, they did not have the correct moving equipment which can easily be purchased based on what they charged. The cost was 300 more than what was quoted and it seemed as it the took their time. I didn't have much stuff but it seemed like a chore to get things loaded. If you don't mind damaged furniture, then they are right for you. My Teenage Nephews provided more care in moving my items. I definitely would have preferred to have just rented a uhaul and paid someone else.

1 star is giving them way more credit than they deserve. They are terrible. The truck first of all is falling apart. The head man and woman are beyond rude. The two workers were very nice and did their job. They cussed in front of us. Tried to argue and call us liars about what we knew pertaining to our belongings. Didn’t even finish the packing and loading. We still have a lot to do ourselves. Put all of our beds in one room stacked together and pieces were scattered everywhere. They tried to be all sweet and nice in the beginning but we quickly saw them for the scam artist they are. They complained the entire time about everything. Tried to say that they didn’t see everything when they came to give the bid for the job which was a lie. They saw it all! If you want your job done right and you want professional people doing it DO NOT HIRE THEM! I could say so much more but I’m only allowed so many words in this review!
