Moving Help Can

One star is too good for these people. These people were told that our whole house was put into 2 storage building with a few items in another building. They show up this morning and open the building and say that it’s too much for the price they gave. Then they refused to load the 2nd building. Upon arriving at our new house they wanted to just unload the entire truck and put it into one room. That is not what we agreed on and we told them we would not settle for that. Then the woman advised us that we only had 45 more minutes….again that is not my problem that you only showed up with two people. The rudest scammers I have ever met and they do not deserve to do business in this area.

Arrived without proper moving equipment (i.e dolly). Complained that it was too hot outside and furniture was too heavy. Didn't listen to furniture owner about which doors to use to prevent furniture and wall damage. Argued with customer throughout interactions. Refused to put pieces where customer asked and simply brought into home. Were finished within 30 minutes, but charged for two hours. Unfortunately, a very uncomfortable encounter. Did not give customer notice that electronic pay was no longer available.

These folks are phenomenal! They picked up a refrigerator and delivered it to me the same day I made the request. They were kind and professional. I highly recommend them.
