They removed my old sectional and went above and beyond by picking up my new furniture from two different locations, then delivered it to my house seamlessly. I received a callback within minutes of initiating a request for quote via the website. I provided a description of the items I needed removed and my time constraints. Rob asked for photos of my items to help provide an accurate estimate, and after receiving the estimate we agreed on 7am the next day. Rob arrived on time and was both supremely courteous and amazingly efficient. He helped move heavy items—including a fridge and two kitchen islands—up my narrow basement stairs—and was finished before 7:45am.
Very convenient - can provide photos and addresses via text and can pay via Venmo or credit card/Apple Wallet. Highly recommended.
