Moving Kings PA

We had a fantastic experience with Moving Kings! They were recommended by a friend and we are definitely sending their info to other folks in the future. They were so fast, every single item was delivered in perfect condition, and they managed to fit everything into their truck (even though I mis-measured and we definitely should have gotten one size up). On top of that, these were some of the kindest, most professional guys. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I had utilized the services of Moving Kings when I moved to Pittsburgh in 2021. At the time, they were efficient and honest. When I moved out my apartment in July 2024, I contracted them again to conduct a house hold goods move from Pittsburgh to senior housing in Duquesne.

A price was agreed upon, the move was completed, I paid with a credit card. We hugged, said good bye, and I felt great about working with this company.

Until, however, in September, another charge appeared on my credit card for the same amount as the original billing in July. I immediately contacted the company, was given an explanation that involved a change in their 'processing company,' and I should expect a refund within 7-10 working days. After 10 working days, I called to determine the status of my refund, left a message, and never heard from these people again.

My only recourse has been to contact the credit card company. I found out the charge had been set up as a recurring charge. I am working with the card company to resolve this fraudulent and unauthorized charge.

Do not use this moving company.

I called Moving Kings after my daughter got a few outrageous quotes to move two storage units full of house belongings to a new house only 25 miles away. Their prices are extremely reasonable and “Tee” was so nice and helpful, explaining everything included and helping me when I had trouble with my credit card. She was so patient!
They sent 3 guys and a 26 foot truck and they were excellent and efficient and packed everything with care, shrink wrapping anything that moved. The guys were very polite and double checked where to put everything at the new house. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much!!
