Moving Made Easy

Phenomenal company.. the 2 gentlemen they sent to move my furniture went above and beyond.. They were punctual, kind, respectful of my belongings and moved diligently.. If recommend Moving Made Easy to anyone who is looking to move:.

This has been the worst moving experience I have ever had. I hired MME to load some furniture into a uhaul. They gave me a time window and an original estimated time of arrival. On the day of the move they called me to tell me they’d actually be several hours later than the original estimate. When that later time came and went, I tried calling them again and again, to no avail. The movers did not answer their phones, and neither did the company. Without so much as a warning (or any communication whatsoever), they missed the time window completely and I nearly lost my freight elevator reservation with my apartment.

Their choice of name is an ironic one because they made a simple move much more stressful and chaotic than it needed to be. If you have any other price competitive options, I would go with the other company.

MME charges hourly rates for movers but they assured that their workers did not waste time and they were right. The 3 person crew hustled non-stop with heavy stuff on a hot day. They were amazing.

Steve and Manny were AWESOME! They got everything moved in great time. My only reason for the 4 stars is because there were some admin things that werent communicated properly. Like I wasnt told to empty the drawers, I said I had tvs but it wasnt on the order the guys had so I got charged last minute, I didnt know if its NOT in a closed/sealed box they wont take it, I wasnt told about plants not being transported. The guy who called was super friendly just some details that need to be added to his script/checklist. Thank you so so much for doing my move!

Both movers were great! I would recommend them to anyone!
