Please call this company to move you cause the 2 strong handsome men moved me quickly and they both were professional and very nice. The gentlemen over the phone who helped me out as well was also nice too and I will always use them to help me move in the future if needed. This was the best moving service we have used. I have moved 12 times and this group of people were awesome! Considerate and manners were impeccable!! They did not dilly dally around and were extremely careful with our belongings! Would recommend them to everyone in Michigan. Very satisfied customer here!!

We contacted Moving Michigan to move some of our furniture on a Friday. On Thursday it was obvious that we were running late, so we called and asked that the move be rescheduled to the following Wednesday.
The truck showed up on Wednesday, and the men in the truck were great.
However, our furniture was kept captive until we paid additional false charges.
Although the movers showed up on Wednesday, the 'gentleman' at the office told us that we had not rescheduled and he needed to charge us $400 because the truck sat at our address on the previous Friday.
The question/
If the company had not been told to change the pickup to Wednesday, how did the company know to send a truck on Wednesday?

The office told it's truck to show up Wednesday, but forgot to cancel the Friday pickup.
There is NO other way.

Bait and switch! Just look at the recent reviews. They clearly don’t want the business or they think they are doing so well that they think they can cuss at customers. Was quoted a price, paid a deposit and a couple days before the move, double the price. Absolutely insane that this is how they do business. Sham of a company.
