Worst company I have ever dealt with. Spoke with Jackie who seemed nice and took all my information. Quoted me $1700 for a total of 6 hours including truck fee. Got a call TWO days before the move asking for $3500 to $4000 for the EXACT same move. Tried to bully me into paying. He started cussing at me and tell me that if you want to play the 'idgaf card' we can play that card. Absolutely the worst. Ended up canceling the whole move.

Worst experience ever! I found 4 different bags from fast food restaurants packed in with my valuables. They used my boxes as their trash. The boss didn’t show up once even though he promised he’d be there the entire time and his employees kept disappearing or were on “breaks” longer than they actually worked.

Many items are still missing from the move and thousands of dollars in materials was damaged in the move. They even left some of my property and a huge pile of their empty boxes outside overnight in the rain and left it for me to clean up.

They decided to bill me by the hour without my approval, nearly doubling the quote they estimated. When I called Serg to express my concerns, he still didn’t show up and didn’t notify me of an increase in the job’s cost until the week after the move.

Just like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. I took the cheapest bid and got the worst experience for it.

If you don’t mind them using your property as trash cans, stealing your property, destroying your property, and charging you double what they promised it would cost, then this is the perfect company for you!

My sister and I paid them separately to move us out of her 2 flat apartment building on the same day. She lived upstairs and I downstairs. They mixed out storage together and she got some of mines and I got some of hers. I am missing pots, pans, folding chairs, beach chairs, my nice sets of towels, face cloths and sheets. Missing comforter sets and more boxes. Finally they found my parents portraits. My step ladder had been used also my regular ladder, and and no telling what else.
