Moving Pro

They stole over $10000 worth of belongings and were only willing to pay me $50 for it. They also added charges for things like “an extra 10 feet” to walk and extra flights of stairs. They also are unresponsive and did not answer my calls regarding the missing items. They were also late to pick up my belongings and 3 days late to deliver them. The movers themselves were nice, but the company themselves are a mess.

his company is a SCAM!!!!, I hired them to move my things from WV to IL, 2 months ahead, they did show up the day my things needed to be picked up, so I had to rent a u-haul truck to get my things out of the house, and wait another day for the moving to show up, which by the way is a subcontracted moving company.
They will give a quote and then once they got you hooked they will start charging more and more things.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM, YOU'LL HAVE THE WORST TIME OF YOUR LIFE!!!!

Repeated requests to be removed from their email list have been ignored and the frequency was INCREASED to a daily bombardment.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Recently I have used their service. At the beginning, I talked to the customer service on the phone and he guaranteed no additional fees will be charged unless there are extra items that are not listed on the inventory listing, and guess what? It ended up charging me $350 for stairs fee, $400 for shuttle truck while I asked him twice about this and he said there will be no shuttle truck fee. This company is a SCAM!!! You would end up paying $1000 additional fee, just ignore what they promised at the beginning on the phone, they just want to get you in, signed the moving agreement then steal money from you. Don’t fall into this trap!!
