Aweful aweful...took over 2 months to get my stuff in my great grandmother's hutch was broke...no body would answer my calls when I tried to call about my belongings...ugh....

Scam of a business. Salespeople are bullys. Hellish experience #Beware

Absolute worst service. Gave us a quote and then charged another amount upon first call. Arrived 4 hours later than stated and said we needed to pay another $800!!! Went from a $2400 estimate to $3900!!! For a one bedroom apartment...absolute worst company. Was stuck with them unfortunately because we paid them a $1699 deposit which was non refundable. Sick over this

The lady who does the inventory Adrienne was very unprofessional this company is lucky I had no choice but to give at least a star. I was charged 1330. Cool ok. During inventory I was charged another 800 dollars. When the movers came it was horrible first of all one of them came in FLIP FLOPS the older man sat in the truck for 85% of the time and the man that was “in charge” kept acting like he didn’t understand English. I was told the movers would be at my apartment by 12pm they showed up 4 hours late. After we did inventory AGAIN I was charged another 1,100 dollars ON TOP of having to throw away my sectional couch because they claimed they couldn’t get it out the door, I threw away my king size bed my sons full size bed and my daughters twin size bed because they did not have any tools to take the beds apart. Mind you all these things where in my initial inventory. I lost over 3,000 dollars in furniture and the guy who was in “charge” wouldn’t compensate for any of it. No price reduction no anything! They took nothing but boxes. I was charged for 5 dressers but I had 2 dressers and a nightstand. He told me and my husband he would give us 30 minutes to get the couch out the house and he will take it if we can get it out smh. The whole time the men spoke Spanish I’m assuming they had a lot to say about us. They took the pillows to the couch and the draws to my daughters bed then wouldn’t take them off the truck. Told my husband to get on the truck and take them off. I thought that is what we paid them for now I’ll be in Florida with pillows but no couch and draws but no bed!! 3800 dollars later and I have barley any of my things that I worked very hard for. Then when they finally delivered my things after 32 days the man threatened to throw away my things because the truck did not fit into the storage driveway. Josh was the worst representative ever super unprofessional and very rude. After that mess I had to pay extra money to move to a bigger storage unit because it was outside. So now I’m paying extra for a unit I do not need. I have not been to the storage yet I hope and pray none of my things are broken or missing. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to this company. This company should be ashamed of themselves and should really reconsider the people they hire. Save your money and avoid the hassle moving out of state is already stressful these guys just made it way worse.
