This company is a SCAM! Please find literally anyone else!

This company is a scam and will lie to you to get a sale. The sales department misrepresents quotes, they were over $1,000 off on my quote and I left items behind that we’re suppose to be in the truck. Once they have the deposit, you’ll never hear from them again. I’ve called 6 times, multiple emails and voicemails, and nothing to show for it. When I did get a person, they said a manager will call back then never heard from them again. As a broker, they’re directly responsible for the person who came to my apartment to pick up. They showed up 11 hours late, at 3am, with no idea it was a full service move and no boxes or supplies. It’s been two months and I still haven’t received my stuff from this moving company and the trucks keep “breaking down” or “getting in accidents”. Avoid this company at all costs, they will double your quoted price after they already loaded your items and are entirely unreliable. I just called again today, left another voicemail, and still have not heard from them.

One week later and still no response from this company or the company they sent that still have my stuff. It’s been over 2 months, I don’t know where my stuff is, and they’re still charging me full price for the move.

Finally received my stuff, multiple items broken, didn’t tell me they were coming and overcharged. Don’t use this company ever.

Called and book a move a week away. Paid a deposit. Called back within 30min to cancel the move. The representative informed me that since the move was 7 days away that i would not get my deposit back. Almost $700. I was cancelling literally within 30min. The charge hadn't even settled yet. He went on to say that truck had already been contacted and set, even though their policy says it doesn't happen for 72hrs. On top of that the Customer Representative was just rude and condescending. I would avoid. If they're not refunding after literally 30 min then I cant imagine what other tactics they use. Let the rest of their horrible reviews elsewhere speak for themselves and save yourself and your wallet from headache.

I never ever move with the help of these bunch of liars. They give quote with cheap price and the moment loading guys come to your home they double the quote price. After loaded items into truck no one pick up the phone to track the delivery and moreover, they don’t deliver on time. I got these liars from 2movers site. I still think why didn’t I see reviews before get the quote from this waste company.
