Absolutely horrendous on all aspects

Worst moving company, you cann't onbthis company to process your damage claim. Choose a reputable moving companies. I am still in dispute with moving pro with the FM CA. This company need to be out of comission.

Be where of this company!!! My granite table $9k including my gym with elliptical $3k and more items are missing $$$ !!!!! They lie about the payments, cubicles square footeg, and want cash. Makes you signed the contract before they unload your stuff. I am reporting damaged and ruined items buy this company. Here is pictures of some of the stuff I was able to get to. My brand new refrigerator is scratched up and has dents, my $1,000.00 surveillance camera is totally bashed and demolished, most of the boxes are upside down with halls or damaged, I opened few boxes and my radio with CDs was upside down and scratched up, my certificate for the navy hat is missing the box is also ripped and opened, I also noticed some of my stuff is also missing, plastic containers is also cracked or damaged, my luggage is ruined by the damages looks like it was dragged on the street, has broken cracked plastic, and throwing around like garbage like the rest of my items, The protection cover sheet on the mattress and foam rolled up mattress is also ripped up, The bed footboard is on top of the mattress which ruins the mattress, The box that I paid extra money for to make sure my painting doesn’t get ruined is bent which obviously ruined my painting, some boxes and containers I have not opened yet which I can imagine the type of damage I will see, The blankets that were in the quote was for me to keep as well as Chris also confirmed in text, I paid extremely huge amount of money for this service, this is absolutely insane and unacceptable. I will be taking further action. I had 9 months to file a complaint which I just now did and phone number and website all of a sudden is not working.

Horrible service. They started with 1 quote and charged $900 extra. 30 days free storage is just for marketing. When I asked to deliver me on weekend they didn’t listen.
Here what they did
1. Gave quotation with typos
2. When I called they said no worries and you don’t have to pay extra
3. Then Mr Mike the truck guy came N said all these won’t fit so he charged for another 100 cubic ft extra 375$
4. Truck came before scheduled and didn’t care for 30 days free storage. Charged extra 300$ including long distance and 3rd floor stairs

Pathetic service

This review is lengthy, but please read it, especially if you’re making a long distance move, but you are not a New Jersey resident! I have moved across the state line 5 times using North American Van Lines, this review is about the mistake I made by not contracting North American Van Lines for my April 20 Pennsylvania to Florida move. Thinking back, I made my first mistake by logging onto Home Advisor to find a moving company. My second mistake was when I hired Moving Pro, in Passaic, NJ without contacting North American Van Lines to get their estimate first.
The First issue with Moving Pro that made me very angry, was of course the charges. My binding costs went from $2300-$3600, Because Moving Pro in Passaic, NJ does not do in home (on-site) estimates-they tried to estimate your household size by square feet using the telephone!
The Second issue with Moving Pro that made me very angry, was the delivery time. My pick up day was April 20 in the Philadelphia suburbs, my delivery date was May 3 to the Orlando suburbs. The agent from Moving Pro stated the move and could contractually take 14 business days, but he stated “they usually deliver in 3 to 5 days.” Accepting this information was my third mistake, you count the days-it’s 13 and that’s a long time to wait, renting a hotel room!
The Third issue with Moving Pro that made me very angry is the middleman, although I don’t know who that was. The contents of my house were picked up by three courteous and professional moving men. The contents of my home where delivered by two men and one woman, also very courteous and professional. But the middleman are the people that transferred my goods from the box truck that picked up, to the semi trailer that delivered. As I said in the beginning of this review, I have had five moves across the state line with North American Van Lines-NEVER have I had as many damages as I have Experienced with Moving Pro in Passaic, NJ!!!! Yes, I will be filing damages. I think one star is overrated!
