With a complicated move ahead of me, I scheduled 3 companies to come out to quote my move. My move was just across town but I downsized and had much more than I could fit in my smaller home. Due to personal circumstances, I didn't have much time to get rid of things. I selected Callaghan's because the whole time we walked through, the owner, Tom was the only one who offered solutions and options that could accommodate my situation. The pricing fell right in the middle of the quotes I received. I felt it was a great value for all Callaghan's was doing to help my situation. Both Tom and Bill were responsive and answered my emails and questions within an hour of me send them. My move consisted of 2 pick up days and one delivery day. Prior to each appointment, I received a call in advance to confirm from Jen in their office who was lovely. She went over what was going to happen, confirmed details, and answered all of my questions. I had a consistent team of movers who where fantastic. What was more impressive to me is how Callaghan's takes care of their employees. The last day was a long one, move everything in at once. Tom showed up, not to check in on the job, but to bring his team lunch. Now that is a business owner who knows what is important. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients. The team was kind, courteous, and handled my belongings with care.
