My moving experience was very smooth and stress-free thanks to Santiago and his crew! They were punctual and very quick to both pack and unload. Even with loading dock issues at my new residence, they were able to move my items with care. The booking process was also straightforward and transparent from the moment I called. I’d definitely recommend.

Moving Sucks Movers came to our rescue yesterday when our original movers canceled on us 'due to accidental overbooking in their system'. When I called around 2:50pm, Santiago answered the phone immediately, listened and responded with kindness and understanding to our situation about needing last minute same day help moving. He explained the costs and asked if I wanted to proceed and then once I said yes, he reached out to his team and within 5 minutes or less texted to confirm they could do it and would be there at approx. 4pm. The crew of 2 young men arrived just shortly after 4pm and they were just the sweetest. So polite and caring about our situation while also professional and efficient at getting everything moved in just a little over 3 hrs. They jumped right in and started helping my husband get things done (while I kept our furbabies entertained in another room) and even asked several times at the end if there was anything else we needed help moving.
Thank you so much 'Moving Sucks Movers' because moving really does suck but you made it suck a little less by being so understanding and willing to help us at the last minute!

This is my third time using MSM. I have all solid wood HEAVY furniture, a 400 pound stone dining room table, 10 large peices of gym equipment...to include a monstrous 7ft hack squat machine, art work, mirrors and a 90×90 flooring mirror. I over packed and taped a box of plates and glassware. Instead of just picking it up and putting on the truck, one of the movers quickly retrieved a box, carefully and neatly rewrapped all the glass and plate ware, taped/labeled box at breakaway speed. I apologized and they graciously said thank you, but no apologies--that's what you hired us to do. They moved all furniture and equipment down and out of a three story townhome. I have no fear of contradiction from anyone, when I say they are head and shoulders above board. Prompt, consistent, professional, courteous, efficient, careful, safe and FAIR. From the largest peice of furniture to the smallest dish. The same for the unloading, nothing broken, scratched or dented and this includes the walls. They protect your flooring and carpet, no mud or dirt tracking whatsover and it was raining the day of the move. Never surprised, but extremely amazed with the consistent professionalism of this company from scheduling to finish!!!! Kudos to Santiago, Carlos and team!!
