Moving Supplies at U-Haul

Went to the ups store nearby where even with a tape measure, the person couldn't figure out the item being shipped was 16 inches at its longest point & told me I needed a box bigger than 18x18 & that it would cost $150 for the box & to ship (previously quoted $55). Attempted to just buy the same box they were going to ship it in for $150 & was condescendingly told the box would bust if i tried to ship our 18 lb. item inside it. Left & found Moving Supplies at U-haul a short distance away & walked in to see/hear the associate behind the counter on the phone with someone who was clearly being less than nice to her. Without missing a beat or letting the caller affect her, professionally greeted me & listened to my needs, quickly identifying the right product & showing me where to find it. Less than 60 seconds & under $2 later, I was on my way out the door. Polite, efficient & personable, Shelby was an absolute pleasure to work with. Would give her 7 stars if I could. Thank you for being the best part in this whole process! P.S. $62 total & Fedex has our shipment on its way for repair! People make the difference between good & bad experiences & y'all have earned my genuine thanks!
