Review:
Some issues with latest rental. Tried to call Kingston to reserve a van multiple times. Finally sent through to national center to arrange van. Went to Kingston office and waited @ 20 minutes at counter with no employees in sight. Finally went outside and found counter staff in garage with feet up and kicked back in a chair playing with his phone. Once he got in office everything went well until I went to the van. It was parked so close I couldn't get the door open far enough to get in. Staff managed to squeeze in and back it out.
