Make me purchase a disc lock which was already in my unit, so I had to take it back to the store which is not at the facility that I rented. Better communication with the appreciated.

I will never use this guys. Their store manager is rude and significantly below average intelligence (in my opinion). No wonder they have over 4000 complaints with BBB.
