Moving Supplies at U-Haul

This store has everything you need to move. And secure storage. Jerry waited on me,didn't know he was the GM. There was another employee who asked if I needed help. I was checking out the storage displays. Very professional and nice too.when I go back will get some pictures. Great prices.

I tried to schedule a rental. I don't have a CC but my husband does. We needed to schedule the rental on a day he worked. I asked if I could send pic of his ID to approve the card, no. If he could call to approve and send the photo ID himself, no. We even asked if we could come in person a few days beforehand to show that the ID and card matched, still no? I have rented with U-Haul numerous times with no issue using my husband's card, this makes no sense. The representative was condescending each time we called and asked for help getting this worked out.

It's super helpful that this location is open late, but they didn't have more than a couple of the size boxes or items available. Also seems like the storage units are more pricey than other locations in town. Staff was super helpful and nice though!
