Moving Supplies at U-Haul

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul to the point I am no longer interested in renting from them. This is at least the 7th rental we have placed with them because we have always been treated well. We had troubles securing the rental to start with and they gave us a good deal ha ha for them. We drove a total of 350 miles extra miles to pick up and drop off the truck. We called the 800 # to see if we could drop it off closer to be told yes, but we would be charged the $150 discount they gave us.. we arrived to the new drop off location (Roseburg) to have Michelle the store manager treat us extremely rude from the start… (while she was training someone) I have never been treated so poorly for no reason. She acted as if we were confrontational to the person she spoke to on the phone when all we did was follow directions from the person we spoke to at the 800 # and tried to explain what we were told. 20 min prior to returning the truck.
I can understand being stern with confrontational people I have had to do so myself..
As a business owner I can tell you I would never put up with someone who treated my customers the way we were treated today.
