Moving with Grace

We're doing a major renovation of many rental units and hired Moving with Grace to help tenants with packing and moving to temporary units and then back in after the work is done. So far, of the 5 (or so) moves they've done, they have been professional, friendly and efficient. This probably not their typical type of moving job so having someone who is dependible and flexible is a real plus. I highly recommend them.

I recently used Moving With Grace for my move, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and friendly.

What I loved about them:

2. Carefulness: They handled all my belongings with the utmost care, wrapping and securing fragile items to ensure nothing was damaged. And…NOTHING was damaged!

I especially appreciated the owner, Justin, taking time out of his day to check in on me. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service with genuine care for their customers. Justin, Christine and the whole team represent this. I also want to give a special shoutout to Colin. He was our main point of contact and made the move special. Colin was professional, communicative and brought a lot of joy to the room.

I used Moving With Grace for a local move for the second time (this time to move between local apartments, previously to unload a PODS unit from out-of-state), and they were wonderful! They were very efficient and careful with everything, and really went above and beyond to make sure every large item was safe with wrapping and padding. They even helped move and disassemble some furniture items that I was not moving with, but needed to get downstairs for disposal. Pricing was fair and well worth it given the care they took with everything and how quickly they managed to work. The team was also great with communication before the move regarding getting a quote and setting the moving time. I had different crews each time, but both were friendly, professional, and super helpful. Overall, I've had a great experience with them twice now; much better than most other moving companies I have used in moving states several times over the past few years. Would absolutely use them again in the future!
