Do not use this company. They were supposed to arrive to move me and my family one Saturday. They told me the arrival time would be between 12pm and 1pm. They kept stringing me along all afternoon, saying they were late. Then at 5:30pm they said they just weren't going to come and 'sorry' - needless to say, ruined my moving plans.

Oh, don't mind me. I was just hoping to spend the first night in my new apartment and throw a housewarming and birthday party this weekend. But no, I guess actually showing up and keeping proper communication is a bit too much like right. BOO!!!!!

So, I found this business on Groupon and I asked them if they could handle a short notice move. The lady was courteous and was able to set me up. She even called back and asked if they could make it an hour later. Of course I'm a laid back person and was like sure, let's just make sure the move is complete before 6 pm. I get tons of assurance that it will be no problem and they will even honor the Groupon price without me buying the Groupon first. This should have been my first red flag. But I'm like cool, I'll pay afterwards. I've done that before. No biggie. But oh honey, I wasn't ready for this hot mess. It's now over four hours later and no one has shown up. Also, I am the one who had to initiate communication to find out what was going on, and have been since 4 pm. I tried to be understanding and even empathetic, but this is just RIDICULOUS. I don't want them to touch a thing. I cannot tell you how livid and disgusted I am. And these people have the sheer nerve to ride on being owned by a vet. Pfft. You guys should be ashamed. But hey, we'll see how long you are able to stay in business with your poor ethics and lack of delivery. PS, they finally showed- at 9:15 pm! A whole SIX HOURS LATER than the appointment time. Did they try a real apology? Nope. He just tried to pass the buck. Because of that, he got a no way and a door closed in his face. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
