Great experience from start to finish. Staff was friendly and helpful with setting up/scheduling my move and followed-up to confirm and address and questions/concerns the day before. I was able to do a face-time walk-through to show the items that needed to be moved, which was great. On the day of, the movers were right on time, friendly, professional and efficient. I needed a HOT TUB moved. I never dealt with this type of move before but they came recommended. I spoke to Joan on the phone who could not have been more helpful. From the 1st phone call to making payment easy, 1st class. I was told by previous owner of the hot tub that 10 people were used in its installation and move when new. Moyer sent 3 guys and at first I was skeptical. From the minute they arrived I was blown away with the professionalism and skill these guys have. They took all precautions on my tub, knew what and how to move this tub properly, and did it with ease. After almost 39 years in the same house, we decided to make a big move, 1700 miles away! Gordon Moyer immediately responded to our outreach, came to our house and gave us a great estimate. After considering several other well qualified movers, and consulting a close friend who had used Moyer for her much bigger move, we decided to put our trust in Moyer and sons. Their reviews were very positive, and we felt very comfortable dealing with them. During the initial period, we changed our minds about what things we would take, and we communicated with Gordon several times in order to give him and his team the best idea of what to expect. He made sure that our estimate reflected our changes, and we were all set to go. The discussion of pick up day, and delivery window was complicated by the fact that we were still in the midst of getting our old house ready for sale, and our new house ready for move in. There was painting and repair work to be done on both ends, and Moyer worked with us to find the sweet spot for both pick up and delivery dates The whole project came off seamlessly. As for the handling of our goods, we couldn't have been more pleased. There was no damage whatsoever, and everything that went on the van was unloaded at our destination. Kenny, our driver made sure that our precious, heirloom antiques were secure and safe. One item in particular is of historical significance, and I overheard Kenny speaking with one of the crew telling him that he would be taking personal responsibility for packing and stowing that item. It arrived perfectly. Moving is a stressful experience under any circumstances, but Moyer and Sons took all the burden and worry off our shoulders. I recommend this company with the utmost confidence that they will give you the best moving experience at a fair price, and excellent, superior service.

I can't say enough to compliment the caring, professional services I received from Moyer and Sons. They were on time to the minute! The careful attention given in packing my precious items will be well remembered. beyond the actual move. The pricing was fair and stayed within my precious budgeted dollars.
