Don’t use them. Showed up unprepared to move an 150 yo upright piano weighing 600+ lbs. Discussed piano size / weight when making reservation. He shows up with one other guy, a regular 2 wheel dolly and a cargo van to move the piano. No ramps or piano / furniture dolly to move it. Couldn’t even lift piano up more than a couple inches and no ramps to get into the van. Wasn’t comfortable with him moving it based on his lack of equipment and manpower. He stated I would get my deposit back as he left and now is stating it was non-refundable. At time of taking deposit, it was never stated as non-refundable. Used Ben’s Moving and Storage instead and they showed up with the right equipment, truck and manpower for the job. Piano moved with no issues.

They had quick availability and were able to work within our schedule. Very professional and careful in moving a piano from one household to another. Highly recommend to use for any and all moving needs!

I just recently moved and had this company move all of my heavy items. It is no exaggeration when I say they are by far the best moving company that I have ever watched work in my life, and not only do they work hard but their service is great as well.I give them a 10/10 as far as professionalism and gettin the job done!!!

Do not book!! We scheduled with MOzart and they didn't show and didn't call to let us know they know weren't coming. We called and got no answer. Luckily, Sunrise Moving was able to squeeze us in their schedule same day and did an excellent job getting us into our new home!
