Mozer Moving

The movers were attentive and nice. There was however a couple of items damaged-which I understand completely. My tv stand is completely unusable, we lost the warranty on our bed since the movers took off the cover for it. Our chair leg broke off and dresser was damaged. That's not the worst part-The worst part is that this company never got back to me about how to proceed in obtaining some kind of recommendation!! They sent me a form to fill out, but that's it. Numerous emails have been sent, voicemails left nothing. It's been 10 days since my move. NO RESPONSE!! I see the owner gets back to these bad reviews to defend his business so hopefully he at least responds that way!

They were very professional and true to their word. One labor was lazy but got the job done, all in all happy with service, daughter is in her house. Thank you

These guys at Eastern Connection Movers were great. They were very fast relaiable on time, shrinked wrapped ever item including padding they even used moving pads to protect my bannister hallways and used door jams so mone of my inventory was damaged.
Next, these guys did not even complain working in the heat and hummity. Would move again.

Despite not doing any work at all and having plenty of time prior to the scheduled moving date, they were completely 100% unwilling to work with me regarding my deposit in the midst of the pandemic and kept the entire amount. No understanding, or other options offered. Just kept free money. I get the contract suggests this, but in the midst of a worldwide pandemic, I would rather work with a company that acknowledged extenuating circumstances...especially since they did no work at all. Definitely would encourage people to find a more friendly company to work with.

***Edited to make note two photos were added, the receipt with the deposit requested, as well as the email declining my request for any type of refund given the circumstances. Maybe check in on the person who took my deposit, if you say you don't accept deposits?

Horrible experience the day of the move, a voicemail was left minutes before they were supposed to show up that guys were already sent to another job because they couldn't fulfill the insurance coverage our apartment company, something which was already provided days beforehand and he decides to cancel the morning of and sends people elsewhere. Then he finally sends people 4 hrs later who had a different story then the owner? gave us . This compromised every single thing we had scheduled, move out cleaning of the house, paint touchup, final walk through before settlement and last but not the least, our stuff wasn't even unloaded until 2 am at night.
Anyone but them, unless you want to risk getting stood up the day of your move!
