Superb customer service, clean facility, super helpful and friendly owner! Jeremy helped me get set up when i needed to swap storage facilities. He was very helpful in all phases and really took the time to listen to what we needed at the time. He made accommodations to get us in while new and bigger units were being built so we could get moved in as soon as possible. Jeremy was always available every time i had a question. Perfect experience! Highly recommend!!

Very clean and secure storage facility with top-notch customer service!

We needed and climate controlled self-storage in La Grange and stopped by Mr. Cool on 71 Business while it was under construction. As we were moving from another state we appreciated the owner working with us on potential dates. The self-storage facility is very cool, we went in multiple times during Texas July/August and were very satisfied with the climate controlled facility. We met with the owner while it was under construction, he showed us around. The owner goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. For example, when we were unloading I have a few pieces that were too big to unload myself and the owner offered to help me. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Cool self-service.

I absolutely loved how clean and well climate controlled and safe these units are. I also really enjoyed the kindness and professionalism of the owner. This has been hands down my best storage unit and storage unit renting experience. If I’m ever in need of a unit again I will be coming back. I strongly suggest.
