Mr Move 50

One box mysteriously unaccounted for and the insurance offered by Mr. Move is the lowest standard. Additionally Mr. Move pads the fuel cost, the total trip of my move was exactly 15 miles.

I spoke with Joseph from Mr. move on the phone regarding pricing and move details. I text him the next day in the AM to ask him some other questions about iadditional movers. He finally returned my call at 7:45 PM that evening. In short, Joseph failed to disclose all costs for my move. One thing that comes to mind, is the $100 fuel charge that he never mentioned.

When I tried to call him on the move day to discuss, not once, not twice, but three times… he was not abvailable to answer any of my calls.

Although the two moving men were awesome and did a superb/ great job, Joseph needs to take the time to discuss with his clients, all aspects and costs related to the job, in advance!

I contacted them short notice, they helped me move a MASSIVE desk from our leased 2nd floor space! They were very careful, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend and will use again!

They are greedy POS. Mom payed them $600 for a move that was 2miles away.. on top of that they broke our microwave and wouldn't take responsibility for it.. really you take advantage of the elderly ?
