The guys moved everything out of my apt in into my new one in less then 2 hours I have nothing bad to say no damages to my items reasonable pricing 10 out of 10 for sure

First off, I was told to text not call, through slow responses via text I finally received a quote, it took three days. Once I received the quote I was told to send in a deposit through Zelle or Cash App. I asked what name and number to direct payment to and never got a response. I tried to follow up multiple times with no response. After the third time trying to follow up, I was told the slot was no longer available, the day before I move date. No ownership was take and no apology was made for the terrible customer service. I am so disappointed. DO NOT TRUST this company during a stressful moving time.
