Mr. Mover

They were on time and worked fast and efficiently! Plus none of my things were damaged!

There is already enough stress surrounding a move but the unprofessional nature of this company was next level. A quote was requested and my wife and I were provided an estimate for a previously agreed upon date that we were told was open. We signed the agreement and then heard nothing from them even after following up. By the time we heard back we were told that the date was not available. They then put the blame on us and made several excuses as to why it was our fault the day we signed the agreement for was no longer available. There was no attempt to remedy the situation we were told 'It's not available anymore.' Do not put your trust in this company with something as involved as moving.

WARNING! Do NOT use this moving company. I scheduled my move two months in advance. I called the Friday before my move on Monday to confirm. They called me an hour before they were supposed to show up and cancelled. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE HASSLE. Save your self the time and move on from this company. I would give them 0 stars if i could.

At the beginning the service was great. Later that night when I laid on my bed it collapsed. Thank God my 2 months old puppy wasn’t at the top of the bed when it fell. I call them and they told me to email them, which I did. A week went by no response. So I called again they told me to resend the email. Then someone called me. I think his name was George. He told me an handyman will come out to fix me bed. Nobody never showed up. So I contacted them again and was told Desmond will call me. No call from him and it’s been almost 2 months and my bed still haven’t been fixed. Now when I reach out to them they don’t respond. I will not recommend Mr.Mover to no one.

Mr. Mover staff was courteous and professional. Great job!
