Review:

It was December 15, 2017. I moved maybe half a mile down the road in Ft. Myers. The contract you sign pays pennies on the dollars for any broken items caused by the negligence of the movers. They broke my 55” Samsung HD, 4K television. It cost me $1,400 to buy, and they offered me $30 something dollars per their contract (they go by weight). I write this review a year and a half later, as I’ve officially
Given up on getting anything that I am owed. We negotiated $100 as repayment for the mover’s negligence in destroying my property, and still to this day, after about 15 voicemails and numerous conversations (as well as direct communication giving my new mailing address and being told it was being shipped), I have not received my $100 as consideration for this company's destruction of my property.

If you have anything expensive that you need to move with, do it yourself. God forbid you had a portrait or personal item worth a ton, but only weighs a few pounds. Incredibly shady business dealings that makes you pay hundreds of dollars to move and then lets them keep most of it, while the movee is out over $1,000. They recommend buying additional insurance, so you can spend even more money on the off chance this company’s negligence destroys your property.

Go elsewhere. It was quite possibly the worst day of my life made worse by negligence and poor customer service, breaking my things and keeping the “fruits” of their labor. They wouldn’t even meet me halfway and just refund the price of the move (around $330). They guaranteed this rarely happens, then as a company, it wouldn’t be a big deal to help their customers.

I just wanted to leave a note about my experience with your guys today. The two gentlemen that helped me today were awesome. Very friendly, professional and got the job done in no time. Thank you.

Very impressed. Two very pleasant guys arrived right on time, protected all the furniture, stayed committed (refused lunch) and finished within the estimate for clearing out the furniture from our 1700 s.f. condo. I selected them on the basis of cost (very competitive) and good reviews.

I regret hiring this company, they broke my flat screen tv, 2 bar stools, side table they dropped without telling me it just happened i saw it when they drop the table and floor lamp missing. I only received $220 of all the damages and i paid the company $1,800 for moving our stuff. We moved many times but this was the first time our stuff got messed up. Just be careful and get the insurance when you hire this company. We're not happy at all.

Do not hire Mr. Mover under any circumstances!!! I tried to post this on their website, but there is no way to do so; they only post their own positive reviews. They moved my 80 year old mother this week. It took them two days to move a one-bedroom home. They showed up late and when it was dusk, they quit and said they had to come back tomorrow. Perhaps if they had started before 10:30am they might have finished? Now it needs to be mentioned that they get paid for travel, so the travel time was now 4 trips rather than two. The second day they promised to be there at 7:00 and left us waiting until almost 9:00. That is the least of the issues. They broke two items, unloaded most of the boxes in the garage of the new home despite them being well labeled. They refused to disassemble a table and we had to get friends in their 70's to do it, yet charged us for the time. They stole money out of my mother's purse and the best part is that they automatically withdrew $1800 from her debit card (which she used to pay the first installment) without providing her an invoice or any details of the billing. Not good.
