Mr. Stix Moving

Mr. Stix Moving did an excellent and efficient job moving us. Our foreman Russell and his crew were organized, precise, and a polite. We hired them for packing and moving. It was great that they had the same team handle both aspects of our move on two separate days. Russell is also a packing wizard. We had a very large home going into storage and he was able to expertly pack our unit for us. The owner Steve arrived the morning of packing to introduce the foreman and the crew and walk the job with both I and the foreman, also stopping by that evening to make sure my expectations were being met before having the crew wrap up for the day. Steve did the same on move day. This company was all around efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend hiring them for your moving and packing needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Stix! Steve was super responsive, professional and flexible even when we had to possibly change dates last minute. The communication among the team seemed to go really well. It was worth every penny to have someone help us move our stuff from Riverside to the mountains. They navigated the challenging stairs at our first location and difficult labor in high elevation like champs. Super-friendly and overall I’d highly recommend their services. The only small thing was I wish we could’ve squeezed a few more items on the truck if it had been organized slightly better, I think it would’ve worked. They felt it wouldn’t be safe and didn’t want to damage anything which seems reasonable. But overall we are more than happy with this company!

Amazing customer service! Which has been rare as of lately! We moved from the third floor to a second floor apartment… not an easy move! Our movers were new, so it took a little longer than anticipated but they were troopers! Determined. Steve checked in with us often and followed through to make sure we were satisfied. He did not charge me over what he quoted. Helped the pocket book. Overall, definitely a great company!

I called Mr. Stix on a Friday at 4 pm in the afternoon after I found out from (a big national company (U)) that my reserved truck was not gauranteed for pick up on Sunday. Steve from Mr. stix called his crew late Friday afternoon and confirmed availability to move me. They saved me from being stranded in the Mountains with minimal moving services.
The crew did an amazing job. Nice guys. Professional and careful w my furniture. They wrapped my furniture with blankets.
We made it to our moving destination with everything in tact. Good price and great service.
