Great moving service

Do NOT do business with these people. I was working with MSP and thought they were the best company to move me out-of-state. I trusted these people. They sent someone out to do a physical inventory and the man they sent was very professional. However, after the visit, I needed an adjustment due to adding some wardrobe boxes. I asked representative Gianna several times for an updated quote but I never received any updates and she stopped communicating with me. I had the down payment ready but I needed to be sure everything was legit. I’ve tried for days to contact Gianna but she refuses to answer. Now, I’m told by an associate that my move can’t be done until January. Again, I had a lot of confidence in this company but when they don’t return your texts, emails or phone calls, something is seriously wrong. Do not do business with these people. If they won’t answer you before you pay them, they certainly won’t answer you if you have a problem. Gianna ignored almost every text/email I sent. Now, they can’t move me. Very lazy and unprofessional. Again, do not do business with this company.

Great great company. I had about 10-12 companies bid on job and they were by far the lowest. I was a bit apprehensive about using them because of this but they totally exceeded ALL my expectations; and by a lot. They both packed, delivered and unpacked extremely effectively and efficiently. I received my belongings very quickly for moving over 1,500 miles. Nothing broke or was misplaced. Special thanks to MS Gianna who answered ALL my numerous questions very quickly and with great clarity. Moving is an anxious time and they exceeded in everything they did. Totally recommended. They were flawless in everything they did. Also thanks to Joel who came out to do the estimate which held up to the penny. No extra hidden fees by any stretch. And lastly much thanks to Mike for his engineering a totally flawless move complete with follow ups. You would do yourselves a complete disservice if you didn’t you this company.

This was a great service! It was my first time doing a longs distance move so I was a bit never but everything went smoothly and quickly. The guys were super professional and very nice. I would highly recommend!

Extremely efficient, professional and timely! Treat out things with respect and care! Open, honest and to the point! Highly recommend Mike and Joel to ease the chaos of moving!
