Mt.Zion Moving and Storage LLC

An hour and 45 minutes late. With no excuse and charged me more than the agreed upon quote. Was supposed to get refunded for all the issues, but the manager will not answer the phone or return messages. No compensation for the almost 2 hours late service that delayed the close on my home. Did not pack the truck well to move, almost all of the boxes were broken or opened in the back of the truck with my stuff everywhere. Did not put the furniture back together correctly, had to fix it all myself after I already paid for it. I have moved a good bit and this is the WORST moving service I have ever used. Unprofessional, and rude; DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The scheduled movers canceled last minute (day of) and I had to call around to find a same-day mover. Mt. Zion sent two movers within about an hour and they did an amazing job, moving me quickly, efficiently, and handling all of my furniture with care (especially when disassembling and reassembling). They were awesome and I can't thank them enough!

These guys are smart movers! I was impressed with how easily and safely they handled moving our furniture. Prince and Norman were also so professional and patient, getting the big pieces put into the right places and the TV assembled. These guys made moving a much more pleasant experience all around - I highly recommend them!!

There were no hidden fees and the company offered a flat rate. I retained MT. ZION and the scheduled day of my move proceed perfectly.
