This man is a con artist, a liar. DO NOT use his services or BELIEVE a word he says. My dad hired him for exporting goods to MEX, he was recommended by a friend and to our surprise he has yet to deliver the furniture. We have been expecting my dads belongings since May 2024, it is now Oct. 2024 and still have yet to hear back from him. All we get is that things are on their way every time a new lie. I am ready to take this thief to court and make sure he doesn't do this to anyone else, as I found out it is not the first time he does this. He needs to be put in jail for stealing. I have also filed through BBB.

Update 10/15/2024 items were finally delivered and of course all glass items arrived broken, refrigerator was dented. They are very unprofessional and will not care for your items.

For starters, if you want your stuff to actually be delivered, use a different company.
If you want some sort of customer service, use a different company.
If you want your money back, then you are out of luck.
This company took my belongings, my money, and then diapered everything.
Then he tried to give me a couple hundred dollars for the thousands that I had shipped with him.
I am not sure what he is doing with the goods but they are not reaching the intended recipient.
Look for someone else!!!

People please BEWARE. This so called company is nothing more than a scam. This person, Thomas (might not even be his real name) said he would provide a service which is basically transporting goods to Mexico. We spent so much money on all the stuff we wanted him to deliver and not only did he never make said delivery, he won't take any of my calls or get back to me at all. We're out hundreds of dollars, we paid for a delivery service we never got and he STOLE all of our belongings in the process. He is a low life thug who takes advantage of people. Be very careful. Do NOT use this garbage of a company, unless you want your stuff stolen. Disgusting in every single way.

Gente: Tengan mucho cuidado al usar esta porquería de pseudo compañía. El tipo que se hace llamar Tomás, no es más que un asco de ladrón. Jamás llevó nuestras pertenencias a México y jamás nos regresó el dinero por el servico que según nos iba a proveer. Nos estafó hace más de 6 meses y hasta la fecha no ha querido dar la cara. Gastamos mucho dinero en toda la mercancía y en el servicio. No contesta las llamadas y mucho menos las regresa. No sabemos qué pasó con nuestras pertenecias. Es una lástima que este tipo de gentuza exista. Asco de persona. Gracias por nada, Tomás.
