Not open when supposed to be and not climate controlled there like it says it’s way to pricey for what they offer they don’t even shovel in front of bay doors so I had to carry my stuff through the snow and couldn’t get my stuff out when I needed to

Review:
Similar as others estimate was way off when we hired them. They couldn’t explain the math. I was never allowed to talk management . Crew was okay, but can’t make up for lack of customer service at the office. Avoid them if you can.

Very nice storage unit. Have had my unit for a couple of years and none of it has gotten ruined. Tempature controlled.
