I used this service, and while the office staff were accommodating, I did not think the 2 men who came to move were very professional. They were having loud private conversations while in my home and were so loud outside I could make out what they were saying loud and clear. They scraped a door frame that was freshly painted in our new place, took one of the mattress covers I had just bought brand new, and now I find that they left tape on the bottom of my mattress and they had ripped the waterproof cover. They also left my screendoor tied up with a bungee cord they had wrapped around it that I had to untie. The guy who had me sign the paperwork would act differently and 'more professional' when directly interacting with me as if i didn't just hear him yelling and having personal conversations a moment before. Also, they have a 2 hour minimum (it took them just under 1 hour total) and don't tell you when they quote you over the phone that they charge mileage, so seeing that in the quote was a frustrating surprise. I spent over $400 to have them move 2 dressers, 2 mattresses (no frame or box spring), 1 couch, and a washer 2 miles to our new place. Next time I move, I will try another service as I just don't think this service is for me.
