Murphy's Movers

These folks don't even deserve a star! If you hire them.... watch every move! They left trash on my front porch and front yard....someone was smoking weed in my front yard....I even fed them and offered them water bottles.....even then my Ralph Lauren Cologne was stolen.... ok... I am appreciative that the owners wife reimbursed me for my stolen Cologne.... but not without an argument & a defensive environment caused by her son! This wasn't even my move....it was a Military move for a family member who was storing furniture at my home until their deployment! SAD

Extremely disappointed in this company. They are unethical, hostile, unprofessional, and inept. Their customer service is the worst I have seen in nearly a dozen relocations.

They have a contract with the military-I recommend service members to ask for a change of carriers if they receive Murphy's Movers. If you are not a service member, do yourself a favor and find another company. I spoke with DAVID who allowed his team to leave my residence without fulfilling his obligation of unpacking my boxes and assembling my furniture. They showed up without the tools or intent to do so. UNACCEPTABLE. Given the opportunity to fix his errors, he preferred to deny the error, yell at me, and hang up. Very disappointed.

The movers were supposed to take 2 days to pack my things but instead tried to fit everything into 1 day which was fine until I unpacked my boxes and found stuff shoved in random boxes. They packed my white shower curtain with my son's rock collection, and the inventory stickers were missing on a few boxes. They used my wooden kitchen table to wrap items and slid boxes across it, scratching it. I would not recommend them to anyone who cares about their belongings.

Fantastic experience. I was in an emergency situation and needed movers immediately. Murphy's Movers was flexible to work with, communicative and honest. Very accommodating and will use again and again.
