This is the absolute worst moving company ever. I would NEVER hire them again! The moving truck driver drove off the road for an unknown reason and got the moving truck stuck. The moving company stated it was my fault the truck got stuck and I had to pay $1,200.00 to have a tow truck get the moving truck unstuck or else the property inside the truck would not be unloaded. I took numerous photos to show that the driver had no business driving where he did and I had no idea why he did what he did. I do not understand why they think it’s my fault that their driver is either inexperienced or wasn’t paying attention? I tried calling the company and speaking to someone in charge and was told numerous times somebody would call me, but nobody did. I was then told that the owner was aware of what happened and would not do anything about it and would not even call me to discuss why I had to pay for their drivers mistake. So this company’s motto is if their employee makes a mistake, they push the cost off to the customer. So wrong! Even the tow truck driver was shocked that the moving company was forcing the customer to pay for the tow truck driver’s mistake! This company has horrible customer service and I cannot believe they’ve been in business as long as they have because they treat their customers terribly!!! I will be taking this company to small claims court, this was so wrong and the person in charge won’t even call me to discuss this matter!

Writing this review because 3 years ago today my family and I used this company to move from Murrieta to OC. These people not only destroyed 10’s of thousands of dollars in furniture and family heirlooms but also called us the day of the move and said the truck that we were supposed to get didn’t make it back in time! This company scammed my parents and should be avoided at all costs!!!!!!!

Beware of this company and its deceitful business practices. Worst moving experience of my life. The company did not provide me with a written quote or invoice prior to the movers showing up at my house. They take a $250 deposit beforehand that you lose if you refuse the appointment, so once they present the paperwork that in no way represents your quote, you won’t turn them away because then you are out your deposit. Also, they put a $1400 hold on my card the day of the move without my permission or knowledge.The movers left many things in my home, which I had to then pay someone else to move and the company refused to return and said we told them to leave it. My TV was damaged and the company had ignored me and refused to process the claim. They also said they would “review footage” of the truck 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten back to us since, refused any refund because “you knew what the quote was beforehand, our paperwork was very clear” which is untrue, as they strategically don’t provide a written quote. All in all, my quote was $500-$700, and the move ended up being $1300 + $200 tip, and horrific customer service.

I was so happy and amazed by the great service I got. The 2 gentleman that came, one was named Justin. They worked so hard in the heat and got everything done so quickly. I will absolutely refer this company to anyone I know. Thanks for the hard work guys! You made my life so much easier!

After hearing so many local realtors recommend Murrieta Moving (i found 3 different offices use them), we decided to go with them for our recent relocation. Manager Richele was outstanding in coordinating our move, and providing excellent communication and service. We’re completely satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation!
