Murrieta Moving Inc

This Saturday I moved my mom into a new apartment. I was recommended Murrieta moving Inc. I called and got a quote and they quoted me $556. The movers took their time and made sure they were over the four hours to collect extra money. They stoped by the store on the way to the new apartment and took a 15 minute break and charged me a half hour more for that $75. These people are scammers be aware would never recommend them!!!!! They also broke a big piece of glass they were supposed to send me a damage claim and still haven’t . DON’T USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!!

My wife and I have used Murrieta moving 2 times before and had great experiences until today8/24/24. We reserved 2 trucks 4 men for our move today a few weeks ago. Got a contract with those details. They said they would be at the house between 9 and 9:30. 1 truck showed up at 10:15 am. Very late. So we ask where’s the 2nd truck. He tells us it’s only him but he thought it would be 2 trucks. We call the office to ask for the 2nd truck. They said they could only send 1 truck because the other truck broke down. Mind you the other worker told us the other driver had the day off. So now our move would take longer and would cost us more money because with 1 truck it would take longer to move. So my wife called the office and the girl in the office was very rude so we told them to kick rocks. They expected us to pay more money because of their mistake. Hell no. Would not recommend this company .

We used Murrieta Moving for our move out of state from Murrieta to Prescott Arizona and I was really worried about the price and a company trying to hold our stuff hostage or change the price like the storuies you hear about or see on the news. But that was not the case with Murrieta Moving, they sent out an estimator names Peter who was very kind and knowledgeable with his 50 years of experience. We were moved and settled into our new home for the agreed $5k and it was well worth EVERy penny and more. Thank you Murrieta Movers.

they emptied this truck out in record breaking time, Dennis seem very motivated to get it done and then Richard was helping him. I asked him to take a break twice but they said they don’t press the brakes. It’s only gas.
