We had a large stove and fridge and he and his team almost effortlessly navigated them from the garage up the exterior steps and into my home. Ken and Phillip helped me move today. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Prompt, courteous, professional, and CARING of all my belongings, even the garage junk that I don’t even know why I still have it ? their truck and moving blankets are spotless. I also cannot believe how easily they moved heavy items. Again, I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely use them in the future.

Don't trust their insurance or their work. I recently moved from Walton County, Florida to Spring, Texas. I hired Muscle Movers to load my POD for cross country transport. They did a careless job loading and packing my POD and I lost approximately $9,000 worth of furniture and belongings in the process. I'm not a professional mover, but I know you don't put a heavy wine bar legs down on top of a custom bar cabinet. I took pictures of all of the damage and filed a claim against their insurance company, Acentra Insurance. I received a response from The Burlington Insurance Company stating Muscle Mover's insurance policy does not cover damage to property for improperly performed work or damage from their work.

Fantastic service at a reasonable price - these guys worked quickly and hard to get my small move finished and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ken is so efficient and reliable. I wouldn't think of using anyone else to move our belongings.
