Muscled Up Movers

I had team lead Ben owens. And movers DJ and Jimmy. They did a wonderful job for me. Very professional and kind.

Allllllrighhhhttttt so my apologies because this will be lengthy. However, I also hoped to have put this whole thing to rest months ago.

In June 2024, I hired Muscled Up Movers to move me from a 3bdrm apartment to my current residence which by the way was BRAND NEW!
On my move date, the movers showed up LATE in a UHaul. I literally told Brittany these look like some kids this isn’t going to go well. And I should have sent them home! During the move the guy dropped my TV and broke the stand. I knew he broke it and he knew he broke it. Then after they loaded my stuff they went to “lunch” at 9:30am! They get to my house and these ? had glued my TV back together.

They damaged my furniture, the apartment and the new residence. I’m a lot of things but I’m not a fool, it was three men there and just me so I paid them by check and let them go. I called the company the SAME day and was told to file a claim and give pictures of everything that was damaged. They said the claim may take 30 to 60 days because they were backed up. THREE days later they responded stating they would NOT cover any of my items or damages. I politely reached out to my bank and issued a stop payment on the check and I told them I was doing so until we came to an agreement about who was paying for my stuff.
July 2024 they sent me a text about using their cleaning company. I thought it was an automated message so I responded. They wrote me back asking for an amount that was 3x more than what the balance ever was. I filed a BBB claim they didn’t respond nor did they respond to any of my emails to their claims department.
NOW today they text me giving me a date to pay ?
I will smile in my mugshot because on my Mama y’all not getting another dime from me.
