Muscleman Elite Moving & Storage

I’m so grateful to have booked our move with Muscleman Elite! It was so stressful trying to pick a company to assist with our move! Moving is expensive as is and it’s scary not knowing how or who will be handling your valuables (plus fear of hidden fees/ being overcharged for labor). That being said, this company is truly exceptional! John and Jack made our move go with ease! We cracked a few jokes here and there that really made the move feel less nerve wracking. They did such an amazing job with the move and provided a comfortable atmosphere! Also Kudos to Kimberly and Tod they stayed attentive to our needs and provided excellent communication! Even after the move they followed up! Which is amazing how attentive this company is! We are fully moved into our new home and couldn’t have done it without you all! Thank yall for everything you’ve done and we will be scheduling again on our next future move! (Hopefully not during a cold front lol)

Simply amazing! Todd was super helpful and professional, especially with setting up our last-minute move. The moving crew was fantastic—Johnny made sure everything was packed and wrapped properly. They really made what could’ve been a stressful day so much easier. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will definitely call them again for our next move. Highly recommend!

I recently moved from Bastrop to a third floor apartment in Austin, Texas. The movers were great. I have a lot of heavy furniture and many heavy boxes. The movers were very nice and friendly, worked quickly and proficiently.
However, the only complaint I have is that I did explain initially upon booking that it was a third floor, and my furniture was very heavy, and suggested more than two movers. As the movers did a great job it would've been very helpful for them to have a third set of hands for this job. Also, I was quoted at two hours and 45 minutes so this is what I budgeted for, but it resulted in pain $200 more for the two extra hours. I would definitely recommend this company, but there needs to be a better evaluation in time for budgeting and the amount of help provided for the move.
