I really like that we get personal service from Jackie. Many other storage facilities these days are simply done online. But if you have questions, any issues, whatever… Really nice to have an actual human to work with!

Took care of everything online with no problem. Went to the facility and no issue getting through the gate . I really appreciate the light inside especially this time of year due to getting dark so early

I reserved online and paid for my first month through the website. I got copies of all the rental documents in my email just a few minutes after I finished. I wasn't able to make it to the office before they closed that day, but my gate code was already in the security system and my unit had a plastic tag showing it had been inspected by the staff before I got there. I unloaded the car and put my lock on the door - it couldn't have been any easier. As a mobile DJ, I can absolutely and unironically say this is a storage facility I recommend.

Mice!!!! I had 2 units there, and BOTH had mice in them. They offered me another unit when I found mice the first time but no offer of any discount or help to move my items. Myself (53) and my 74 yr old mother moved a packed 10'x10' unit by hand to a different unit for absolutely no reason because that one ended up having mice as well! I was only there 3 months, and I caught mice on glue traps in 3 different units at least 5 times! And just to clarify, I had home decor, furniture, boxes of clothing, and designer handbags stored...NO FOOD. The Mgr then had an attitude when I left a glue trap with a mouse in front of the office door, letting them know there were still mice after reporting it several times and them supposedly treating the place. I guess it was ok for them to be in the units but not near the office. Clearly, whatever they are doing is NOT WORKING! Then, after moving out of the storage unit, my worst fear happened. When I moved the boxes from the storage unit and into my brand new home with a brand new basement, you guessed it. I put glue traps down for fear of bringing a mouse in from the boxes that were in the storage unit. The very next day, I had a dead mouse on the glue trap! Don't walk away from this place, RUN!!!

Update: I see a response was made stating that an 'adjustment' was made. I'm not sure what that was other than letting me move into another unit, but ok???? I was not paid for my time to move into another unit, there was no refund issued for the unit and trouble, AND I moved out before the end of me lease with no difference returned.
