Mustard Seed Moving and Storage of Boerne

Very unprofessional. I will not be recommending this moving company to anyone. They really need to work on their customer service and learn how to handle items with care. Two of my family members have used them, and the most recent experience was absolutely terrible.

You failed to mention in your reply that your company dropped the piano. Anyone who drops a piano and chooses to say that our claims are false is completely delusional. Truly wish your company would operate with integrity.

I do not recommend Andrew/Mustard seed moving company. my family and i had an awful experience last month. i hired Andrew/Mustard seed moving company to move my sisters piano from her house to my house - a day after it was delivered my husband and i noticed some damage to the piano keys. when we confronted Andrew about it the response we received was incredibly unpleasant. zero sympathy was shown and not once did he apologize or offer a percentage off the moving cost due to the inconvenience. the repair will now cost my husband and i $800. after voicing our frustration he then proceeded to blame my two year old daughter and then my nephew (my sisters son) for piano damage. he also advised us to monitor their stool to ensure they didn’t eat 11 of the chipped keys. our children, who are no strangers to musical instruments and are well behaved for their age, did not bite/eat pieces of piano keys. we ended up paying the moving cost in full due to Andrew causing intense stress with how he handles the situation and would constantly blow up our phones at all hours.

We do NOT recommend Andrew/Mustard Seed moving company. i highly suggest finding someone else who will move your piano with intentional care and who will show great customer service as well.

We were so impressed with the quality of work we received from mustard seed moving. We hired another moving company to move our stuff from Kansas into a storage unit in Boerne. They packed and unloaded our stuff into the storage unit in such an awful way I was hesitant to go with movers again to move from the storage unit to our house.
But Andrew and Philip with mustard seed moving did such a great job of emptying and moving all of our items to our new house. They unraveled the Jenga mess that was left behind.
Andrew was quick to respond through text. I texted him Thursday to set up a move within the next 7 days he asked if Friday would work and I was elated. He met us at the storage units promptly at 7:00 a.m., and we had all of our stuff where we wanted it in our new house by 3:00.
He was professional, personable they worked efficiently and the fees seemed fair and were up front with what I was expecting.

Andrew and his crew are the best, would recommend them for your moving needs. Will definitely use again without any hesitation.
