Edit: I received a call from the owner and based on the genuine concern, pointed questions, and follow up, I will likely use muv again. Just make sure you get an estimate first so you aren’t shocked if it takes longer than expected

I used muv a year ago and it was perfect. A crew of 2 moved my 2 br ground floor to a 2br 3rd floor walk up in July in Florida. It went so well that I hired them again last week. I had bought some more large items and added one more human to my home so it was a bigger move. I asked for a crew of 3 to account for that. This time only the crew leader was working consistently. The other two were busy talking about social media, they had their phone in their hands a lot of the time, they were in the truck sitting for long periods. Last time the crew leader got on them but this time, the guy didn’t. I know it’s August in Florida and it’s 95 degrees but I’m paying by the person, by the hour, so move your butt. It took twice the time with three than it did with two. I would avoid muv in the future because if you pay by the hour without anyone looking at how much stuff you have and doing a real estimate, you’ll end up watching them walk like a snail with their phone in their hand and get really annoyed that it’s on your dime.

We were looking for movers for our move across the state and had many quotes. We were enticed by Muv for what we felt like a more accurate quote and the hourly rate. When the movers showed up we did a walk around and I signed them in. There were multiple times the movers were outside standing around on my dime. They tried to leave us with large furniture to move and had to explain to them the situation they were about to leave. They finally understood and unpacked boxes and put the furniture in, again on our dime.
The trucks showed up on the other end with a whole new crew who were much better and worked hard. The first crew damaged and destroyed many items, our washer was severely damaged. Received the claim form and sent it in. They have 120 days to do anything about it but it is pretty cut and dry. I would not use Muv again or recommend. Buyer beware!

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! I had a horrible moving experience with a different company 3 years ago so finding Müv was a complete blessing! Super fast, efficient, and friendly! They were incredibly professional and diligent workers. I cannot recommend them enough. I’m completely blown away by this company, I will use them for every single move I have in the future!

Violated the do not call list. If they can’t follow that simple rule then I don’t know how they’ll do a good job moving you. Update: violated it again on 3/12/2024. Reported to FCC.
