The movers were extremely professional and efficient during the move. They answered all of my questions and thoroughly went over the details of the items to be transferred. My furniture was carefully packed into the storage unit. We appreciated their friendliness and work ethic. I hope we can hire them again when we are ready to move into our new house.

We used this company for our across state move. We had Martin come to our house to do a estimate for our move. He told us that we would only need one truck and would still have room for a bedroom suite. We were told that there was plenty of room. When the actual movers showed up to move our belongings. They began saying we might not have room for it all. Long story made short, They had to leave a third of our belongings behind. The movers told us that this happens with Martin a lot. He underestimated our move. I was made to feel that this is a common sales practice. The actual movers were great. They were hard working. After the move we contacted them and inquired as for a possible solution to get the rest of our belongings to us. They offered to move the rest of our belongings for basically the same amount as first move. I would caution that if you use these movers do not allow Martin to give you an estimate. From what I've seen and experienced, he is very deceptive and will underestimate so that he has to use another truck. On their estimate there was nothing about the potential need for another truck, they kept focusing on it was only an estimate but a good estimate would be there is a possibility for another truck and if needed it would cost this amount. There was none of that, their moving staff is Great but the Management is severely lacking and just trying to get more money by putting you in a pinch when they leave your belongings behind.

Excellent customer service. Setting up the move was easy. Communication was quick, and responsive. The moving crew stayed busy, was careful with all items and both young men shook my hand before leaving and said thank you.

The move was wonderful. The guys were friendly, professional and efficient. Arrived on time, great communication. Really couldn’t have asked for more at a very reasonable cost. Thanks!
