Danielle truly understands what customer service is really all about. She is polite, extremely knowledgeable about her trade, a great listener and has a super personality. It has been a while since I have worked with someone that is so responsive and does everything they say they are going to do. Danielle responded to my call in short order, we met when it suited my schedule and of course she showed up on time. It was very obvious Danielle knows what she is doing, with confidence and followed up with a very competitive estimate later that day. Relatively ok experience. Good packing of the truck from 1st house to 2nd house. Unpacking of truck at 2nd house was a little slower and a little mish mashed. Maybe some of the guys this was one of their first jobs, they just seemed a little unguided. I made a list of where everything would go, but they didn’t want it; so then when getting a dolly of 4 boxes that all go to different places, you’re increasing your traveling. One person took a few smoke breaks, which isn’t expected. So some refinement is needed of the process and more training for new people. 3.5 stars. I think i’d use them again just would ask for a team that has been doing it longer. A plus is it took less time and money than other companies expected estimations.

MG Moving Services did a fantastic job moving me and my stuff from Reston to McLean, VA.

From the very start they were professional - they were on time, wearing uniforms, courteous, flexible, unbelievably helpful in every way. They protected my belongings, and handled them with care.

Before we even started there were phone calls to make sure we were on track with schedule and expectations. I was very happy with the way that things turned out.
