My Storage at Jackson Creek

This facility is one of the nicest I have ever used. The staff is so wonderful to work with and very helpful. Corky and Britney are so informative on all the storage rooms, truck, and any other moving questions you have. Definitely a great team to work with. Very honest folks!!!!

We can’t recommend My Storage at Jackson Creek enough. They are extremely helpful and accommodating. We had two Upack trailers delivered to the location for us to load, but unfortunately the timeline wasn’t what we expected. Corky and Morgan were gracious and accommodating, even though it was clearly an inconvenience. If you’re looking for storage in the Monument area, definitely check this place out. They have many different sizes and shapes of units, as well as parking for RVs and trailers. Thanks again Corky and Morgan for everything you did to help us! Good people make all the difference.

Signed a contract on two units in May, received a letter stating a increase on the 2 units in early July. Watch out for the discount or specials it will be taken away. Bait & switch technique! What a scam

My Storage at Jackson Creek is a fantastic place for extra storage. The staff are very accommodating and thoughtful in meeting your needs. No up selling. Very flexible in storage requirements and the cost per month is very competitive. Great experience. Second time using their storage facility.

The ladies in the office are 1st rate; always a pleasure to talk to them.. I am a returning customer because of that. The prices are so high nation wide that it is an actual liability to the future of the nation; but the customer service, and professionalism of this place is very much exceptional.
